Covers manufacturing faults — a weld, a hinge, a frame that fails in normal use, a seam or a zip that goes. We repair it, send the part, or replace the piece.
It doesn't cover chewing, scratching, damage from misuse, or anything loaded past its stated weight limit. Nor does it cover normal wear: sisal fraying is the post doing its job, and carpet treads mat down with use.

Flight is four steps at a fixed, tested rise, fitted as one unit. The cat gets a staircase rather than a set of problems to solve, which matters most for older cats and for the nervous ones who will not commit to a jump they are not sure of.
A sisal post runs with it, so the route up the wall includes somewhere to scratch. Cats scratch where they travel; putting the post on the route is how you stop them choosing the doorframe. It is the first half of a set of wall mounted cat stairs and shelves, or a complete route on its own.
