Covers manufacturing faults — a weld, a hinge, a frame that fails in normal use, a seam or a zip that goes. We repair it, send the part, or replace the piece.
It doesn't cover chewing, scratching, damage from misuse, or anything loaded past its stated weight limit. Nor does it cover normal wear: sisal fraying is the post doing its job, and carpet treads mat down with use.

About Pippin Dog Booster Seat for Small Dogs, Seat-Belt Loops, Washable Cover
A small dog in a car has two bad options. Loose on the seat, where he slides off at every turn and cannot see anything. Or on your lap, which is worse for both of you. A dog booster seat is the third option.
Pippin lifts him to window height and holds him there. The car's own seat belt threads through loops at the back, and a short tether inside clips to his harness so he stays put without being shut in. The walls are deep and padded, so when he does settle he has something to lean against rather than an open edge.
Lift it out by the two handles and it is a carrier. Set it on the floor at home and it is a bed, which is usually how it gets used between trips, and is also why the cover unzips and goes in the machine. Built for small dogs, and for the back seat only.
Why Pippin works for small dogs

- Two carry handleslift it out and it is a carrier.

Is your dog small enough?
This is built for small dogs: a Cavalier, a Bichon, a Shih Tzu, a small terrier, a Dachshund. If your dog is bigger than that, or cannot turn around in it comfortably, he will be happier on the back seat with the Fallow hammock. Most returns on this type of seat are for a dog that was always going to be too big. Use it on the back seat only, never on a front seat with an active airbag.
Questions about a dog booster seat
Is my dog small enough for this dog booster seat?
It is built for small dogs: a Cavalier, a Bichon, a Shih Tzu, a small terrier, a Dachshund. If your dog is bigger than that, or cannot turn around in it comfortably, he will be happier on the back seat with our Fallow hammock instead.
Can it go in the front seat?
No. Back seat only. Never on a front seat with an active airbag.
How do I install it, and will it slide about?
Thread the car's own seat belt through the loops at the back, pull the belt tight and lock it. That is what holds it; the base will not move. Then clip the internal tether to his harness.
Is the tether a safety restraint?
It is there to stop him climbing out and getting under your feet. It is not a crash-tested restraint, and nothing at this price is. Treat it as containment, not as a seat belt.
Does the cover come off for washing?
Yes. It is zipped and machine washable on cold. The inner cushion lifts out separately.
