Covers manufacturing faults — a weld, a hinge, a frame that fails in normal use, a seam or a zip that goes. We repair it, send the part, or replace the piece.
It doesn't cover chewing, scratching, damage from misuse, or anything loaded past its stated weight limit. Nor does it cover normal wear: sisal fraying is the post doing its job, and carpet treads mat down with use.

About Drift Waterproof Dog Couch Bed for Large Dogs, 33" to 51"
Every dog bed eventually meets a wet dog, a knocked-over water bowl, or an old dog who did not quite make it to the door. On most beds that soaks through the cover and into the foam, and from then on the bed smells, which is when people throw them out. Drift is a dog couch bed with a waterproof membrane under the cover, so liquid sits on the surface and wipes off instead of reaching the foam.
It is a proper couch shape rather than a flat pad: a low open front to walk on from, a deep gray bolster wrapping three sides so a dog has a wall to lean into, and a quilted cream panel in the middle that a big dog can stretch out on. The base is dark charcoal ripstop with a rubberized 600D underside that grips a wood floor.
Four sizes from 33 x 22 inches up to 51 x 34. The Large suits roughly 55 to 88 lb.

Measure your dog lying stretched out and add about six inches, then allow for the bolsters, which take up the outer inches on three sides. On the Large, the sleeping panel is 26.8 x 16.1 inches inside a 33 x 22 outer footprint. Large suits roughly 55 to 88 lb; go up a size if he likes to sprawl. The bolsters are soft, not structural, so a dog who needs firm support at the edges, or who cannot step over any edge at all, is better on a flat mattress like Cove.
