Covers manufacturing faults — a weld, a hinge, a frame that fails in normal use, a seam or a zip that goes. We repair it, send the part, or replace the piece.
It doesn't cover chewing, scratching, damage from misuse, or anything loaded past its stated weight limit. Nor does it cover normal wear: sisal fraying is the post doing its job, and carpet treads mat down with use.

Will it fit?
Check the dimensions diagram in the photos against the corner where it will stand; the base is wide. On soft wood floors, put it on a rug. For an especially athletic cat on an uneven floor, strap it to the wall. If the only space you have is a narrow strip beside a bookcase, a floor-to-ceiling post like Spire takes less floor.
