Covers manufacturing faults — a weld, a hinge, a frame that fails in normal use, a seam or a zip that goes. We repair it, send the part, or replace the piece.
It doesn't cover chewing, scratching, damage from misuse, or anything loaded past its stated weight limit. Nor does it cover normal wear: sisal fraying is the post doing its job, and carpet treads mat down with use.

It is six feet tall with a full-height door, so you walk in to clean it. It needs a flat, firm base such as paving, decking or compacted ground; on grass it will sink unevenly and the door will stop closing. Allow two people and most of an afternoon, and build it in position. The roof is covered and the sides are mesh, so site it with its back to the weather.

The difference between a walk-in catio you use and one you resent is whether you can stand up inside it. A low run has to be cleaned on your knees through a hatch, and so it gets cleaned less.
Covert is six feet tall with a full-height door. You walk in, sweep it out, change the water and walk out. Seven platforms step up the inside so two or three cats can be in there without being in each other's way, and two closed boxes give them somewhere to get out of the wind.
Being able to go in with them also means this outdoor cat enclosure is not somewhere you only look at. Most people end up sitting in it.

Will it fit?
You need a flat, firm patch of ground and enough clearance to open the full-height door. Grass will not do; the frame sinks unevenly and the door stops closing. Covert is right for one to three cats in a yard or on a patio. For four or more cats, or if you want eight feet of run, move up to Spinney. If all you have is a balcony, Terrace is the one that rolls.
